How much food is there, will it be enough?
The food is a combination of canapes and grazing platters (plus wedding cake of course) providing enough food to constitute a full meal and still have some left over for the extra hungry. You can also opt for our simply Decadent or Ham Carvery menus at an extra cost, or buy extra dishes.The cuisine is modern New Zealand-style with the best of fresh seasonal ingredients.
Can we have a sit down meal?
Yes. All meals are three courses. You can be seated with a head table layout, or enjoy the modern cocktail “walk and fork” style where guests mix and mingle with casual seating available.
Can couples provide food and drink, or other parts of the package to save money?
Each wedding day has been carefully organised to make sure that each couple gets the best of everything. Simply Wed effortless weddings are a total package, without a DIY element. The only exception is that couples can provide their own wedding cake – sometimes friends or relatives like to make that a special gift, although that doesn’t reduce the package price overall.
Can couples do the styling of the venue?
The nature of an effortless wedding is that all styling is done for the couples beforehand, making it a stress-free day. You can have input into the colours and overall styles from our available selections.
