Saying It With Flowers
“I must have flowers, always and always,” impressionist painter Claude Monet once said. He knew the importance of wedding flowers, and so do we.
A beautiful bouquet is a special part of a couple’s wedding day look. Not to mention the gorgeous fragrance.
Sourcing the very best and freshest of seasonal blooms, our florists are passionate about what they do and have carefully designed the styles and colour palettes for your special day. From a wild, tumbling look to a more classically styled compact design, their flowers are breathtaking.
Meghann based in Kingsland and Caro from Matakana in the North share a similar philosophy about cutting edge floral design.
Each wedding package includes a stunning large ‘Wild + Styled’ or ‘Wild + Trailing’ bouquet and a buttonhole.
Bridesmaid bouquets, flower girl posies, floral crowns, floral hair clip-ins, floral wrist corsages and flower girl floral ‘Wands’ are available at an extra cost.

Meghann Humphries, Go Wedding Flowers Owner
A specialist wedding florist with decades of experience, Meghann’s floristry journey began in 1987. After working in a cut flower nursery, she found a niche in flower wholesaling – but that was just the beginning.
“The transition from flower wholesaler to florist happened quite accidentally when a friend of a friend asked me to help source Frangipani for her wedding, back in 2001”, says Meghann. “She then asked if I would consider doing the bridal flowers! Working on my first solo wedding was one of those ‘eureka’ moments.”
She now works out of her Kingsland studio where she has developed a unique style. Her attention to fine detail and extensive knowledge is applied with love and care to all her arrangements.
Miracle Of Nature
Caro McFarland, Twig and Bloom Owner
Caro has a deep respect for nature and loves to be amongst it and to learn about it at a molecular level as well as appreciating its absolute beauty to the naked eye.
She says becoming the owner of Twig and Bloom in Matakana was a miracle of nature. She’d been looking for a floristry business to buy for ages, but nothing was quite right. Then one day she was having lunch in Matakana Village with her mother and sister and saw the sign “business for sale” Caro ended up buying the shop pretty much the same day and says it is the best thing that has ever happened to her.
